Hi, I’m Jenny. I’m a masters degree-level counsellor awaiting professional registration.
I believe that many of the hardest moments in life come when we feel disconnected: from ourselves, our bodies, or the direction we’re heading. My work is rooted in the idea that change doesn’t come from being “fixed,” but from slowing down, getting curious, and reconnecting with what feels true for you. I’m drawn to conversations about meaning, choice, and how we move through uncertainty, especially during times of transition or overwhelm. I also pay close attention to the wisdom of the body and how stress, emotion, and resilience show up physically. I often invite a gentler, more grounded way of tuning in. Above all, I aim to offer a space that feels steady, thoughtful, and human, where you don’t have to have the right words, just a willingness to show up as you are.
Outside of this work, I try to live in the same ways I encourage others to: slowly and with intention. I spend a lot of time on my yoga mat, out walking in nature, and hanging out with my dog. I love cooking, being outdoors whenever I can, and finding small moments of presence in everyday life. These practices keep me grounded and remind me that meaningful change often happens in simple, lived moments.
